There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a huge master suite located on the third floor. There is a dedicated workstation on the main floor and another in the master suite. there's a fenced in backyard as well. The Triangle neighborhood is a safe and quiet area located near the Brandywine Zoo, Salesianum School and 2 minutes from the 95 on ramps. There are lots of young professionals as well as long time homeowners in the area. it's a safe place to ride your bike or walk your dog. Please note there is only one off Street parking space, there's free street parking as well. Backyard is shared with downstairs Airbnb and that may have a pet. We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.
