Located in the heart of the Poconos, you'll have access to resort amenities like an outdoor pool (open in summer), an indoor pool (open on winter weekends), lakes, playgrounds, and sports courts. Whether you're exploring nearby state parks, hitting the slopes at local ski resorts, or spending a fun-filled day at Kalahari indoor water park, there’s something for everyone! The entire home is yours to enjoy! As for the community amenities, you have the option to purchase amenity passes for a small fee! Please be advised that community amenities availabilities may change without prior notice and out of control Host's control. Amenity passes to the community include access to: -Community lake beaches -Indoor Pool -dry sauna -pool table -Tree Top Lounge -Fitness Center -snow tubing and sledding hills (season dependent) Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season. The Club House has access to: - outdoor pool (summer) - tennis courts - pickelball courts - umbrellas and outdoor dining The Recreation Center has access to: - indoor pool - sauna - fitness center - locker rooms - TreeTop Lounge!! (you have to check this out!!) MainGate Big Bass Lake Area: - Beach volleyball - Fishing piers - Winter ice fishing - Seasonal lifeguards - Kayaks/Canoe/Paddle boards rentals Big Bass Community Association Building - firepits - bocci ball - open field for your pups! Please note the recreation center has limited business hours and is not a 24/7 facility. Hours are subject to change and available on Big Bass Lake Community Association's website. PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details. Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for $8 (non-holiday) $10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person. **Exterior security cameras on property facing front yard and side** Pet fee of $50 per pet per stay *Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival* *Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
