This listing is for the upper level of this beautiful home, you will have your own private entrance, washer and dryer, living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and restrooms. There is a downstairs long term tenant at the property. The do not have access to the upstairs. Within walking distance of Andrews University, this lovely home is also a convenient launchpad to the many attractions and scenic delights of Southwest Michigan. Notre Dame University is about a 28-minute drive down US-31, and the South Bend Airport is about 25 minutes away. Don’t miss the famous dune-lined beaches of Lake Michigan to the west. Take a 5-minute drive to downtown Berrien Springs to check out the local restaurants. Don't forget to bring charcoal and a fire starter so you can make the most of our complimentary charcoal grill. And bring some wood to enjoy evenings around the fire pit. This home is surrounded by woods, so insects and other creatures are part of its natural environment.
