You'll be able to enjoy your meals on the outdoor dinning table. The inside layout consist of a well equipped kitchen, with oven stove, food processor, blender, toaster, kettle so basically, you'll be able to prep all the goodies you want. There is also a living room, perfect to relax and napping. The first bedroom is also on the first floor with direct access to the pool area, has a doble bed, there is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor. At the second floor there is a loft TV room area with a lounger twin size that could accommodate another guest. The master bedroom is also on the second floor, has a king size bed and has ensuite bathroom. There is also space to park inside the house 1 car. In front of the main property, there's a building with four individual units: two cozy studio apartments on the ground floor and two spacious one-bedroom apartments on the second floor. These units can be rented individually or together as a private complex — perfect for large families, group getaways, or wellness retreats. North Guiones, majority of restaurants and shops in town are located in this area, there is a grocery store with good variety and plenty of delicacy goods, beach town vibe and of course perfect waves just a few steps from this great house.
