Four Bedrooms (2 Queen Beds , 4 Double Beds) / Four Full Baths, front and back porch, located on the channel, open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. There is One cable box and other tvs use Roku or streaming device. A short walk to the Beach or rent a golf cart to enjoy Cherry Grove! This property does not have a washer/dryer. Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES Weekly stays only during High season months. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
