Before heading out for a night on the town, don’t forget to snap a photo in front of the retro Palm Springs sign, the mountains making their grand appearance in the background. Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, cozy cafés, and scenic trailheads taking you on the hiking adventure of a lifetime. Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Inside the home, bright pops of color welcome you in, letting you know that you’ve arrived for a getaway that will be anything but boring. Relax with a good book in the fashionable entry living room, bold artwork surrounding you as you sink into plush sofa seating or curl up in the comfortable egg chair. The formal living room includes additional soft sofa seating alongside a smart TV for downtime spent streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The fully equipped kitchen inspires culinary creativity, with full sized appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage of all your favorites. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and dedicated workspace. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in the garage. • Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. • Please note- this property is NOT pet friendly! • Optional pool heat available for $125 per day. Pool heat is recommended in winter months only. -Pool Heating $125 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 87 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. A 5-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella. Pool is serviced Tuesday and Friday.
