As soon as you arrive at Beach Flower, you are welcomed in by the farmer porch with seating for four to relax with your favorite chilled beverage and watch the world go by. Enter the three-bedroom home and you will find a spacious living area with plenty of room for the family to enjoy a night of board games or movie streaming on the smart TV. <br> <br><br>Adjacent to the front living room, you’ll find the dining area with a banquet table that seats six as well as the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the wares needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Guests can access the private backyard through the back door located in the kitchen. The large, level backyard, which is perfect for lawn games (bring your favorites), features a patio area with a picnic table and a charcoal grill (don’t forget to bring your own charcoal), plus an enclosed outdoor shower and a fire pit for chilly nights. <br><br>The single-floor home has three bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with a shower; a second bedroom facing the front of the home features a king bed; and the last bedroom has two twin beds.<br>Leave your car in the driveway and walk to Kingsbury Beach, only seven minutes down the street. The beautiful bayside beach is great for walking and catching nightly sunsets.
