Our place is great for groups, families, students, but strictly no house parties. Each room is fully renovated with a professional designer, it boasts a stylish quaint twist which brings a very relaxing atmosphere, and we are sure you will love it here! THE GUEST HOUSE: This private boutique Apartment is a modern home with a stylish design just 1-minute walk from the closest bus station. It is perfect for students, couples, solo adventurers, business workers, hospital workers or a small group of friends. Here are some details on this beautiful guest house: - Situated on a quiet street within walking distance to the nearest bus station and local shops & cafés - 2 Fully furnished Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms with one ensuite - 1 Sofa Bed in living area - Separate dining area with Kitchen and Dining table - Decorated in a Modern Hospitality Style - Free Wi-Fi throughout the house - Fans provided during summer // Heating blankets during winter - AC provided in living room ONLY THE BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedside table, mirror, built-in, Sleeps 2 people. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, bedside table, mirror, built-in, Sleeps 2 people. THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA: We understand that food is an essential part of every trip, so we have provided a well-equipped kitchen that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, microwave, stove top, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a dining tabletop in the kitchen area perfect for any eating needs. DINING AREA: The dining area is the perfect area of the house to go to when you have tasty food to devour. Whether you decide to cook up a storm in our kitchen or order takeaway, there is no better place to eat than the dining area. The dining area has a dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. THE BATHROOMS: There is 2 modern bathrooms for you, our guests to use with one in ensuite. Each bathroom comes fully equipped with a shower, essential amenities, basin, drawer, mirror-cabinet, ventilation and a toilet. THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Have you spilt some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry room has a large basin, iron, ironing board, cleaning essentials and a washing machine for all your basic cleaning needs. There is also a rotary clothesline in the back yard for you to dry your clothes. THE OUTDOOR HANGOUT AREA / BALCONY AREA This is the part of the property where guests may go outdoors to get some fresh air and eat/drink outdoors or just to relax and have some banter. A drying rack is provided for all your drying needs. Strathfield is a suburb in the Inner West of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is located 12 kilometers west of the Sydney central business and is the administrative center of Strathfield Council. A small section of the suburb north of the railway line lies within the City of Canada Bay, while the area east of The Boulevard lies within Burwood Council. North Strathfield and Strathfield South are separate suburbs to the north and south, respectively. Reminder: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED at this property. In the event this was booked for a house party, please call Airbnb or your relevant platform for a full refund within 24 hours; otherwise we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without refund. Guest will also be required to vacate the property immediately. This will ALSO apply to having MORE GUESTS STAYING THAN the BOOKED AMOUNT. (Exceptions) Unless we have been notified before your stay. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. Thank you for your consideration! Early Check-in/Late Check-out Requests: - We are unable to determine the possibility of early check-in until the day of reservation. - If you do require early check-in, please message me to see availability instead of a making a reservation request/booking – we will try our best to accommodate you however it is not guaranteed. - All reservation early check-in or late check-out requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day. Without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times. - Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. - Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out. - Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in.
