This bungalow was originally built in the 1930’s so has great character. Decorated with teal accent walls, open shelving in the country-kitchen, and mid-century furnishings, making this home comfortable yet stylish. Only 2 miles from Magnolia Silos and within walking distance of several coffee shops and cafes. This Short Term Rental is licensed by the City of Waco License #STR000400-05-2020 Occupacy: 6 People The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas range, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is a large family-size dining table and a great living room with a large TV. Right off the kitchen is a small study with a desk in case you have to work while you're here. The front porch is spacious and a great place to hang out. This cottage is located in the center of Waco, Texas. Walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars. Less than 2 miles away are the Magnolia Market, The Silos, and The Findery as well as small independent stores and more restaurants.
