The Ballard Boutique is where comfort & convenience intersect! Spacious, bright & spread out over multiple levels, your crew will find ample space to socialize in the open kithchen & living room area but with three private bedrooms at the ready. Free off street parking allows our guests to enjoy the true mountain town lifestyle & walk to all that Telluride has to offer! Steps from chairlifts, the river trail and historic main street & with open green spaces, BBQ's and a hot tub on-site! The Space:Guests will enjoy the layout of this condo as it has massive open ceilings in the living and kitchen area with wonderful views of Ballard Peak and Telluride's box canyon. The primary bedroom has a King bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have Queen beds with a double bed made up in the mid-level loft for overflow family members or your snoring husband. There is a gas fireplace surrounded by ample comfortable seating and an adjoining kitchen area with breakfast bar. Guests have full access to the entire condo as well as the lovely and well maintained picnic grounds that dot the property. There is a hot tub complex located on the southern aspect of the grounds with great views of the ski area! Off-street parking is provided to guests as well.
