Located on the main street leading to Porto's downtown, you will be surrounded by the city's main tourist attractions. The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort during your stay. Located on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, a street that honors the notable and industrious liberal reformer, José Xavier Mouzinho da Silveira. You will be surrounded by the most iconic tourist spots in the city. The beautiful Rua da Flores, just 400 meters away, is located in Ribeira, one of the oldest areas of the city, where you can enjoy the view of the Douro River and the D. Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge and heading to Cais de Gaia to taste Porto Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi Experience Center. The Ferreira Borges Market, Bolsa Palace, Avenida dos Aliados, Clérigos Tower, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance from the apartment. The best public transport option is São Bento Train or Metro Station, located about 400 meters away, and there are several bus options nearby as well. A useful tip is bus number 500, which starts at São Bento Station and follows the entire path along the Douro River's waterfront, passing Foz, the beaches, and ending at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and a variety of fresh fish. On the same street, you'll find Craft and Jewelry Shops, Cafés, and Restaurants. The Cardosas Parking Garage (paid) is 270 meters away from the apartment. We would love to welcome you. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but it may affect your stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency so that the expectations of our guests are properly met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, there will be a charge (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be subject to consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on expenses for water, electricity, and the internet/television package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required to allow access to a member of our team to inspect the property, when requested by the host. Monthly visits for inspection are expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).
