For hygiene reasons, washcloths/facial cloths are not included. Private pool heat (optional) Private pool heat is available for $40 per day with a 2-night minimum and should be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Important: This is a pool system, not a hot tub/jacuzzi Heating performance depends on outdoor weather It is generally not effective when outdoor temperatures are below 70°F / 21°C In cold weather, the system may automatically shut off for safety No refunds are offered if weather conditions prevent the pool from reaching the expected temperature BBQ grill Use of the BBQ grill is available for an additional $50 fee. This covers cleaning, maintenance, and gas tank replacement. Parking and community rules Free parking is available at the property. Do not park on the grass Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways Commercial vehicles may be restricted HOA/community rules must be followed Violations may result in towing or fines at the guest’s expense Trash Please bag all trash properly and place it in the designated outdoor bins.
