This little red house is perfect for groups of friends and couples looking to escape the city. Come, escape to Round Top and stay a while! BEDROOMS - Primary: King bed, dresser, en-suite bathroom & closet - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, en-suite bathroom - Bedroom 3: King bed, dresser, en-suite bathroom - No blackout curtains or room darkening blinds in rooms - TVs in bedrooms BATHROOMS - Primary Bath: Walk-in shower + single vanity - Second Bath: Shower/tub combo + single vanity - Third Bath: Shower/tub combo + single vanity - Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in each bathroom KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchens with great counter space - Refrigerator/Freezer w/ ice maker - Coffee: K-cup machine - coffee provided + sweetener, creamer - Pots, pans and baking dishes - Microwave + toaster + blender + kettle DINING - Dining table located in the kitchen with seating up to 4 ENTERTAINMENT + WORK - WiFi: please note, it can be spotty at times! - Large dining table is a great workspace - TV in the living area - Indoor fireplace BACKYARD + PATIO - Patio located in the backyard, perfect for reading, sipping morning coffee - Fire pit (propane provided, no wood needed) LAUNDRY - Washer and dryer in the home - Laundry detergent, stain treatment and dryer sheets The Round Top Rose is conveniently located in Round Top city limits, so there is potential for road noise. -Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be 22+ to book.  - When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings. - CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. - POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Due to the convenient location of the home, there is potential for road noise. - Please note there is a garage apartment behind the house.
