About the Home
Tucked in a quiet laneway between the cafes and restaurants of Crown Street and the light rail on Devonshire Street, this property offers easy access to the city, Circular Quay or Randwick's University and Hospitals in minutes. The property offers quality furnishings throughout, LG HD tv, fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine), queen bedroom and double bedrooms, both with large built in wardrooms, sunny outdoor courtyard, laundry with washing machine, and upstairs powder room.
Good to know
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
