It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships... This 22m2 studio is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It comprises : - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... - Living room with sofa bed and a smart TV - Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine - Separate WC - Storage space - Bed linen and towels provided - TV and broadband Internet (WiFi) The 14th arrondissement of Paris is a residential neighborhood in the south of the city.
