Terrace A table and chairs against a green wall, for coffee or a glass of wine outdoors. In the building A heritage building with a reception and no lift; the apartment is on the second floor. No parking, though paid spaces are available in the area. Practical Air conditioning that also heats, an iron, 24-hour check-in with ID at reception, and luggage drop-off. The water heater gives around nine minutes of hot water, then needs 45 to 60 minutes.
