Located in the famous "Marais", just a 7-minute walk from Beaubourg, the district is bustling with activity thanks to its many pedestrianised streets that provide access to the capital's trendiest restaurants and bars, as well as trendy boutiques. It has a wealth of museums and is close to public transport. My flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Apartment of 123 m2, air-conditioned, very well appointed for 5 people, which includes: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, Smart television and office area - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed) - 1 bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine - 1 dining area with a table and 6 chairs - 1 lounge area with sofa and television, fireplace, and library - 1 fully equipped American kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven and a steam oven - 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub - 1 separate toilet The accommodation has board games, games, and books for children Each room has a desk with an ergonomic chair Sports equipment with a rowing machine, exercise mat, ...
