Book your stay today and immerse yourself in the lap of luxury and comfort. **Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed — Full hall bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1 King bed — Private ensuite bathroom (direct pool access). Second Floor (Upstairs) Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds — Private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: 1 King bed — Shared bathroom. Bedroom 5 (Mickey Theme): 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed — Shared bathroom. Bedroom 6 (Minions Theme): 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed — Shared bathroom. Bedroom 7 (Camping Theme): 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed — Hall/shared bathroom. Bedroom 8: 1 King bed — Private ensuite bathroom. Pool & Spa Note: *Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately. *Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid. *Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety. *NOTE: The Windsor Cay Resort HOA closed the water slides and lazy river due to mechanical issues.

Guest Access

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will receive a personalized check-in experience. Access the property using the smart lock located at the main entrance; your unique entry code will be provided prior to your stay. Ample parking is available directly in front of the villa. Enjoy a seamless arrival with our straightforward process designed for your convenience and peace of mind.

House Rules and Terms

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
