Bedrooms & Bathrooms All eight bedrooms come with quality linens and plenty of space to settle in. On the ground floor, you'll find a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two more king bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, while two rooms with twin singles share a bathroom, and a king and a room with two doubles share another. Six full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, even with a full house. Living, Dining & Kitchen The main living room centers around a large sofa and smart TV — the kind of space where everyone gathers after a park day. Upstairs, a second loft sitting area offers another sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV when you need a quieter spot. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, including a dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table that seats 10, or grab a quick breakfast at the bar. Outdoor Amenities Step through the living or dining area onto the screened lanai, where your private pool and whirlpool wait. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur.
