The open-concept layout offers: - A Great Room with a plush sofa, large flat-screen TV, and bar area. - A state-of-the-art kitchen with a unique bar and Mickey waffle station. - A dining area with a table for 12. Enjoy the superhero-themed game room and a second-floor kids' corner with a magical Mickey karaoke stage. Sleeping arrangements include: - 4 king bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite. - Themed rooms with bunk beds for kids. Relax in the pool and spa, or enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. Essential amenities like air conditioning, bed linens, and a coffee maker ensure a comfortable stay. The villa's vibrant decor and thoughtful design create an unforgettable ambiance for your Orlando adventure. Guest Access

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will access the property using a secure lockbox located next to the main entrance. The lockbox contains the key and requires a code for access, which will be provided prior to check-in. Guests can park in the designated parking area adjacent to the villa. House Rules and Terms

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality. 📋 Access & Safety Guidelines

*Security Screenings: Mandatory bag and backpack checks will be conducted prior to entering the pool area. *Food & Beverage Policy: No outside food, drinks, alcohol, or glass bottles are permitted. *Restricted Containers: Red cups (Solo cups), Styrofoam cups, and thermal tumblers (including brands like Stanley, for both adults and children) are strictly prohibited. *Sound Equipment: Portable speakers or personal stereos are not allowed. *Exemption: Only transparent water bottles are permitted inside the premises.
