In the heart of one of the most sought after areas of the capital, this 20m2 studio is composed as follows: - A living room with a double bed - An open and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, etc) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - Sheets and towels provided - Storage space - TV & Internet (WiFi). This beautiful studio is located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the famous rue de Rennes and boulevard Saint Germain. The area is full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, supermarkets, dry cleaner's, pharmacy, ...). We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
