The house spans 3 levels. The main level features 1 bedroom, a pool, kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The second level has 2 bedrooms, a game room, and a terrace leading to another bedroom, firepit, and gym. The third level includes 2 more bedrooms. Note: these last 3 bedrooms are detached from the main building and accessible via the terrace. Amenities include pool towels, toiletries, cooking condiments, coffee for your first morning, free goodies, and more. We offer free concierge service. Additional services available at cost: chef, transportation, grocery shopping, activities, etc. Pedregal boasts a stunning beach for photos (not swimmable), but Medano Beach is just 5 minutes away by car, offering great restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, and a swimmable ocean. Though close to downtown, we recommend renting a car, taxi, or Uber as the house is on a hill and walking back can be challenging. Upstairs pool is heated in winter, and there is a small hot tub available year-round. Downstairs pool its not heated.
