The Cordwood House is a hand built two-story mini-home. Built completely with locally sourced materials, and designed by a Harrington resident. Guests at Terra Perma's ecotourism units are invited to explore the private park that consists of over 200 acres of pristine forest, several walking trails and a pristine, undeveloped lake. The Neighborhood
The Terra Perma vacation center at Terra Perma works in association with the Terra Perma Foundation, a non-profit organization whose main activities are the protection of the forest park, education and support for the development of partnerships in Permaculture. On the property discover the sheep zone, the sugar shack and Maple Garden, the food forest and the NourriSerre, tiny Eco-Constructions, food production spaces, beautiful nature trails, a private lake and more. Guest Access
The shower block public and equipped with a solar heating. Therefore, hot water is available during the day. It is open from June 1st to October 1st. We also have a large collective kitchen that is available for rent for large groups and private events.
