Whether you're here for a romantic escape or to reset, this chic studio offers the ideal blend of coastal luxury, convenience, and understated elegance. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, as soon as possible after booking to ensure a reserved space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then choose "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.
