Residential complex ideal for families or groups retreats in a dreamy compound in Ras Al-Khaimah. This private villa comes with 3 bedrooms that provide 2 double beds and 2 extra single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and an additional half-bathroom with a toilet. Free toiletries, towels and hair dryers are provided for our guests. The kitchen area has all the necessary appliances to prepare a big comfort meal or breakfast during your stay. There’s a private patio with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. You'll also have access to the common areas in the compound. These shared spaces include a swimming pool, a playground and various sports facilities. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. *The photos displayed serve as a visual reference and the layout, design and furniture of your accommodation may vary. * Please kindly note: - There is a tourism fee of 15 AED/night, and a destination fee of 7% of the total price, both to be paid upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted.
