This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • This home includes parking for 2 vehicles. o One vehicle may park in the designated space for the unit located in front of the building. o The second vehicle may park in any available parking space marked for guests. o Please do not park in any other marked spaces, as they are reserved for other units in the building. • Please note that entry to this home is on the main floor of the unit, which is the first floor of the building. Parking is located on the second floor — please be aware that stairs are required and the building is not equipped with an elevator. • Once inside the unit guests have easy walkout access to the lake from the patio. • Guest have access to a boat ramp (code needed - local team will provide upon request), pool and pool house, tennis/pickle ball/basketball court, fish cleaning station at the end of all docks. • The property has a10x30 boat slip guests can use - Trailer parking on site with tag visible.
