Corales 40 is a classical, Caribbean style home situated on the 18th hole of the Corales Golf Course within the Punta Cana Resort & Club. Spectacular views of the dramatic Corales Cove are visible from virtually every room. The 17,000 square foot private single-family home was just completed in 2021. Each of the eight spectacular ocean-view bedrooms has a large full bath and opens onto covered verandas. Six of the bedrooms have king beds and the other two have two full beds accommodating 16 in total. There is an additional full bath plus three half baths throughout the home. The house, interiors and landscape were designed by renowned and award-winning professionals. It is tastefully furnished with European antiques and fine fabrics. The home also has an office and library. The home is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Punta Cana International airport and even closer to the private plane terminal. The private Corales Beach is a 5-minute walk. The world class Corales golf course hosts an annual PGA event in March and is 2 minutes away. The Punta Cana Resort and Club has many fun activities including multiple restaurants, beaches, tennis, bike trails, snorkeling, walking trails in an ecological preserve, fitness center and horseback riding.
