It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship. It is a 100m² apartment located on the 3rd floor without a lift, only 6 minutes walk from the town hall! You will be able to take advantage of the various local shops. It is composed of: - A fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine... - A living area with a sofa and TV - A first bedroom with a double bed - A second bedroom with a double bed - Two bathrooms with shower and WC - Storage space - TV and high speed internet - Bed linen and towels provided The 3rd arrondissement, also known as the "Haut Marais", is a lively neighbourhood that has become trendy and fashionable in recent years. Appreciated for its art galleries, the 3rd arrondissement also has many nuggets in terms of buildings. The National Archives, the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), the Musée Picasso and the Carreau du Temple are all in the heart of this lively and relaxing district. In the absence of payment, the person will not be able to give you the keys.
