This 23m2 studio is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) in the Château d'Eau Lancry district. It's a lively, bustling district, ideal for those who want to take advantage of everything the French capital has to offer. You'll appreciate its proximity to the Musée des Arts et Métiers, Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Place de la République, Hôpital Saint-Louis... It benefits from a central location in Paris, offering easy access to public transport, amenities and cultural life. Take advantage of easy access to major tourist sites thanks to metro stations close to the apartment. You can easily reach iconic places like the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and many more. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships.
