The Nantucket is a completely restored unit on the second floor of a historic Charleston home across the street from the Spring Islands resort-style pool. Relax with the added privacy and quiet of the top floor. Spacious rooms, beds, and a living room make The Nantucket the perfect place to rest while enjoying your vacation. The private traditional porch allows guests to experience the city and Charleston charm from the comfort of their own elevated retreat. The Nantucket can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen, and a spacious living room. Bedroom #1 – King bed + Shared bath Bedroom #2 – Queen bed + ½ bath & Shared full bath Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bath Living room – King-sized pull-out couch + Shared bath This unit has 2 small cars stacked or one large car reserved parking spot. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s). Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
