We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Since this is a lower-level unit, please be aware that some noise from the upstairs residents may be audible, though strict quiet hours are in place.
