Across the way are 2 guest bedrooms - both with comfy queen memory foam beds. The master suite is complete with king bed and large flat screen TV. Attached is a private bathroom. Around back is a privately fenced, tranquil outdoor area and with a putting green (clubs and balls included), cornhole boards and a stunning pergola and outdoor dining set. This peaceful cottage is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Just around the corner are popular local spots such as Back 40 Urban Cafe (walking distance) and Bog Brewery. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
