Across the way are 2 guest bedrooms - both with comfy queen memory foam beds. The master suite is complete with king bed and large flat screen TV. Attached is a private full bathroom. Around back is a privately fenced, tranquil outdoor area and with cornhole boards and an outdoor dining set. This cozy home is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the home. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay) SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. TRAIN: The Florida East Coast Railway runs near our home and you may hear it several times a day, including at night. This train runs through West Augustine and parallel to the Historic District and is just a part of our beautiful town. We include noise machines in the sleeping areas if needed.
