Within the surrounding areas, popular brunch cafes and relaxed pubs give the neighbourhood a village atmosphere. This wonderful property is spread over five floors. Upon entering, you will be greeted with the colourful living room, perfect for entertaining. This leads into the open plan kitchen and dining area, providing plenty of space for the family to gather. The kitchen overlooks the private garden with a children’s entertainment area and outdoor seating. The lower ground floor has another child-friendly sitting area and a TV system for the family to enjoy. The striking master bedroom with a lovely ensuite bathroom is situated on the first floor. The second floor has two single bedrooms, best suited for children's use. before reaching the top floor, where the final double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located. It is a short bus ride away to the Kings Road and all the restaurants, shops and bars it has to offer. Fulham Broadway tube station has a huge cinema complex inside the mall, which is a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of shops including Wholefoods, a wonderfully healthy supermarket. It is also near Gambardos which is a very popular soft play centre for children and the Pottery Cafe, Megans (a delicious, healthy restaurant with alfresco dining), Duke on the Green pub, Amuse Bouche Bar and Aragon House. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking. The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
