Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required. Welcome to this bright 47 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue des Taillandiers in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Bedroom: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Living room: Double Sofa Bed (140x180 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable. Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout. Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events. The 11th arrondissement is one of Paris’s most energetic and authentic neighbourhoods, known for its vibrant bar and restaurant scene, lively markets, and a strong creative community. Oberkampf, Bastille, and the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine all run through here, offering everything from traditional craftsmen’s ateliers to cutting-edge wine bars. The neighbourhood has a genuine Parisian character and is well connected by metro to the rest of the city. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
