Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • This home offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. o Overflow parking available in gravel area next to parking lot. o Trailer parking is on top of the hill before you drive down to the condo. • This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, actively monitoring the area in front of the main door and the external entryway area. • Please note, guests can fish off of the docks. Swimming off of the docks is not allowed • Building has elevator access.
