Select from one of the four one-bedroom Villas or if you need more space, the two-bedroom Poolside or Upper Lodge is perfect for you. Swimming Pool Let your worries simply float away in the luxurious 20m private swimming pool. The overflow pool has a private swimout to each of the four boutique, two storey single villas. The Poolside Lodge boasts a separate 15m pool that cascades one metre into the long pool that is the stunning centrepiece of the four villas. No need to worry about any pool sounds besides the splash of you diving in. All of the filtration and sanitising equipment is quietly located beneath the floor slabs with the large balance tanks. Salt water chlorination combined with ultra violet deactivation provides the ultimate in safe, healthy and sanitised swimming pool water. The Bar Sit back and relax poolside with a refreshing drink from the refrigerated mini-bar in every villa. If you prefer to watch the sunset at the end of day down by the beach, grab a drink from the centrally located bar in the restaurant. You can choose from a full range of cocktails, wines and other beverages including freshly ground espresso coffee. Watch the sun go down with an Espresso Martini or dry Vodka Martini – shaken not stirred. Yes please! Seaside Deck Alongside the entry to the retreat from the beach, the Seaside Deck extends the entire length of the sea wall on the beach. Relax with your favourite book on one of the sun lounges or sip your favourite cocktail as you watch the sunset. Take your lunch to the deck and enjoy the sounds of the sea while enjoying one of our specially prepared meals. Dining A gourmet experience awaits you as our experienced chef prepares a delicious snack or meal from our extensive menu. Start your day with a full breakfast included with your room. All of our meals are prepared using sanitised, drinkable water. Enjoy your lunch sitting poolside on your own private deck, in the beautiful restaurant or on the seaside deck overlooking Tamarind Bay. If only all choices were that simple. Eco Friendly White Horse Retreat is fully reticulated with filtered and UV sanitised water produced by an in-house desalination plant. The pure water is infused with sodium bicarbonate to raise the pH, the total alkalinity of the water and to improve the taste. Fresh, cool drinking water is readily available in reusable glass bottles. The wood used in the Poolside Villas and the Poolside Lodge decks is all 30 year old recycled Ulin Ironwood. Labelled as the hardest wood in the world, it is extremely durable and will serve the White Horse Retreat well for the next 30 years. The four luxury, boutique Poolside Villas offer two storey opulence. Take in the gorgeous views from the spacious upper level balcony in comfortable chairs. The second storey bedroom features a stunning four poster bed with mosquito net. The ensuite is both spacious and beautifully appointed, with double vanities and extra-large shower. A kitchenette with full-size fridge/mini-bar is provided. Terms & Conditions • Rates & Price Variations: All rates are subject to availability and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price increases, or tax changes. Any increase must be paid when notified. • Deposit & Payment Timing: A 20% deposit is required at booking if the travel date is more than 60 days away. Any remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 60 days require full payment at confirmation. • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Standard Cancellation – Accommodation: • Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. • Cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. Any additional cancellation fees imposed by accommodation providers or suppliers will apply. • Standard Cancellation – Boat Transfers: Boat bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to travel are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. • Date Changes & Itinerary Amendments: No change of accommodation dates is permitted within 90 days of arrival. Changes or cancellations after travel has commenced incur penalties, and no refund will be given for unused services. • Credits: If a credit is approved, it is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date. • Refund Policy: If a refund is approved by the accommodation or boat operator, it will be processed by The Lembongan Traveller less a 20% administration fee of the total payment made. • Payment Method & Fees : We accept Australian and Indonesian bank transfer (bank fee might apply), WISE, or credit card with 2.75% processing fee.
