Spacious Modern 1-Bed Flat Minutes from Oval

Description

Welcome to my lovely 1-bedroom flat in Oval! Modern and fresh, this fully equipped home is located just minutes away from Oval station, offering excellent connections to Central London. Perfect for couples, families and small groups of friends - everyone welcome! This is a spacious 1-bedroom flat in a very convenient location, minutes from Central London. The flat is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring London (and there's also an option to use the double airbed for extra guests). There is a TV with a Sky package to keep you entertained. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect if you prefer to cook at home (although London is famous for its world-class bars and restaurants - be sure to check out the Guidebook section for some of my personal recommendations!) In the bedroom you'll find a very comfy double bed and some storage space for your clothes and luggage. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower - toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo provided. Just half a mile south of the river, Kennington is primarily residential, but with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It is well served by the Northern line, and by the end of 2015 there will be a brand-new cycle superhighway running from Oval to Pimlico. It’s also within reach of the parliamentary division bell, which allows eight minutes for MPs to leg it back to Westminster if an important vote is about to happen – which is why so many MPs live here. For many, however, Kennington is all about cricket, with the Kia Oval arena located in the area.
