LIVING AREAS: The bright open-plan living room is equipped with two sofa beds and a TV, with space to sit down, relax or work on a laptop. DINING AREAS: The breakfast bar beside the living room has two stools and provides a practical place to eat or work on a laptop. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cookware. The kitchen also opens onto the enclosed private patio. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one full bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, rainfall shower head, vanity basin and heated towel rail. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided on arrival. LAUNDRY: There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. A launderette is a short walk away. PARKING: Paid street parking is available via PayByPhone. There is no on-site car park and no cash payment, so download the app before arrival. LONG STAYS: The apartment welcomes longer bookings, with weekly and monthly discounts available. Optional biweekly housekeeping can be arranged for longer stays as an added service, coordinated around your schedule. For work stays, relocations and Wembley events, choose your dates to see current availability and rates. Hendon (NW4) is a residential North London base with restaurants, cafés, takeaways and supermarkets within walking distance. It suits guests who want more space than a hotel for a work stay, relocation or Wembley event while staying on a quiet residential road. The area feels practical rather than touristy: stock up for a longer stay locally, then use the Tube or buses for central London. House Rules (Please Read Before Booking) Thank you for considering our home. We enjoy hosting respectful guests and have put the following rules in place to keep the property clean, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, including our neighbours. No Parties or Events Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or gathering beyond the registered guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and a £2,000 damage and remediation charge applied. Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential area, and we aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. No smoking indoors (including vaping) – £1,000 charge Smoking inside causes lasting odour and damage. If smoking is detected indoors, a £1,000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and remediation. Noise and neighbours This is a residential building. If we receive a complaint from a neighbour or from building management about noise or smoking, we will contact you and may need to end the stay if the issue is not resolved. Stays over 10 nights: additional housekeeping For stays longer than 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required and comes with an extra fee. If this fee is not paid, the booking may be shortened to a maximum of 10 nights. Online check-in required The lead guest must complete our secure pre check-in form, agree to the house terms, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport prior to arrival. Check-in and Check-out Policy Check-in: from 4PM Check-out: by 10AM Early check-in (subject to availability): £20 per hour before the standard 4PM check-in — 3PM £20, 2PM £40, 1PM £60, 12PM £80. Earliest check-in is 12PM. Late check-out (subject to availability): £20 per hour after the standard 10AM check-out — 11AM £20, 12PM £40, 1PM £60. Latest check-out is 1PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request through our guest portal (£20 per hour); please ask at least 24 hours ahead and our team will confirm. Unauthorised late check-outs may result in additional charges. Security deposit or damage waiver Guests are required to choose one of the following: • A refundable security deposit of £300-£500, or • A non-refundable damage waiver charged at £25 per night, with a £50 minimum and a £100 maximum per stay The damage waiver is available on stays of up to 27 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, the £500 refundable security deposit is charged (not just held) shortly before check-in, and refunded within 7–14 days of checkout, less any agreed charges for damage. Pets Pets are welcome with a fee of £100 per pet per stay. Maximum: two dogs or one cat.
