LIVING & KITCHEN The open-plan living area provides a stylish and comfortable space for your group to gather. Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, which includes: Professional-grade appliances Ample cookware and dinnerware Fully stocked coffee bar BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 28) Main Floor King Suite 1: Ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, dual vanities, and direct pool access. Main Floor King Suite 2: Luxury suite for ultimate comfort. Second Floor King Suite 3: Private ensuite bathroom. Second Floor Mickey Themed King Suite 4: Private ensuite bathroom. Second Floor Queen Suite: Private ensuite bathroom. Frozen II Themed Bedroom (Sleeps 8): Custom Frozen Castle with four queen-sized beds, a tube slide, individual Roku Smart TVs, and a private ensuite bathroom. Avatar Bedroom (Sleeps 4): Queen-sized themed bunk bed, Roku TVs, and a play area closet. Lego Star Wars Bedroom (Sleeps 2): Two twin-sized beds, Roku smart TV, and a shared bathroom. Indian Jones Movie Theater: Custom-designed movie theater with 120" projector screen, luxury leather recliners, high-quality sound system, air conditioning, and popcorn bar. Tropical Inspired Outdoor Lounge: Your private oasis features a screened-in heated pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, special effects lighting, The space includes sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. BBQ grill rental available upon request. *Private Pool & Spa: If you would like the pool heated to a warmer temperature, this service is available for an additional $35/day. Please provide 48 hours' notice. IMPORTANT DETAILS: Pool heating equipment does not operate in temperatures below 65°F. *Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in order ensure guest safety. * BBQ Grill: A gas grill can be rented for your stay. The cost is approximately $100 for 1-7 days, which includes delivery and one propane tank. Please request this at least 48 hours before your arrival. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials, including laundry pods, trash bags, and toiletries to get you started. Daily trash collection is handled by the resort. Pest Control: The property is professionally serviced on a consistent basis to ensure a comfortable environment. Should you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately so we can address them. Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left after checkout. However, if you contact us, we will do our best to help you locate and arrange for the return of any found items.
