Holly Hideaway is beautiful home nestled amid the towering pines of the west shore in a lovely peaceful setting. Perfectly situated beneath the trees, this area provides the ideal opportunity to relax or entertain. The large, fenced, backyard contains a beautifully landscaped and grassed area with a ping pong table, barbecue, and kitchen area. A stone patio offers a wonderful place to enjoy the bubbling hot tub under the stars after biking, boating or skiing. Just inside is the open, well-appointed great room with a well-equipped and kitchen and soaring ceilings. There is a gorgeous, floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace in the great room, as well as comfortable sofas to sink into in front of the television. The bedrooms are inviting with plush linens and soft down comforters to soothe and relax you at the end of your busy days. All during your stay you will be making memories of your special time at Lake Tahoe. Maximum Number of Vehicles Allowed: 4. No Parking on Street Nov. 1st - April 30th for Snow Removal. Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order. Please inquire about pet friendly homes. Kindly Note: The TLUXP office is closed on New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
