Paradise is the perfect house for your larger groups. It is a two story house with two kitchens and two living areas. It sleeps 32 people with eight bedrooms and 5 baths. It sits on the Frio River with a walkway down to the river and an area next to the river to set up your coolers and chairs. It comes with a small playground for kids, volleyball and horseshoes. The porches are large and the perfect place to sit and relax after a long day on the river. There is also a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bedroom 1: Upstairs - one king with bath and one twin Bedroom 2: Upstairs - one king Bedroom 3: Upstairs - one king Bedroom 4: Upstairs - one king Bedroom 5: Downstairs - one queen and two twins with bath Bedroom 6: Downstairs - Three twins Bedroom 7: Downstairs - two sets of bunk beds with full bottoms and twin tops Bedroom 8: Downstairs - two sets of bunk beds with full bottoms and twin tops and two sets of twin bunk beds WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEET OR TOWELS.
