Santa Lucía metro on Line 1 is a 5 to 10 minute walk, and Plaza de Armas and Parque Forestal are close on foot. Heating keeps it comfortable in winter, and the building has a gym and a rooftop pool. A simple, well-connected base for a work trip.

Living and dining A sofa, a Smart TV (no cable) and a dining table next to the kitchen. The table works well for a laptop, and there is Wi-Fi, heating and a portable fan for warmer days. Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with pots, plates, mugs and wine glasses. Terrace A small table with a view across the city. In the building Gym with machines and weights, a rooftop pool (open in summer only, December to March), a shared terrace with tables and a residents' lounge. Lift and front desk. This unit has no parking; there are paid car parks nearby.
