• Minimum age to book is 24 years old. ID may be required to confirm reservation. • No 3rd party bookings; the individual booking must be a guest on-site. • Instant bookings are subject to a 48-hour review before being finalized. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking (including vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited in the unit or on the property. • Events and parties are not allowed. • Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 (10 PM) to 07:00 (7 AM). Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times. • Must follow all local, HOA, and city rules as our guest. • Report any cleaning, damage, or maintenance concerns immediately upon arrival; this allows us to address issues promptly. We will offer a remedy, but refunds are not provided if you choose to stay. • Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at $50 per hour. • Any items lost, damaged, or broken during your stay will be billed to the guest, including possible labor fees. Excess cleaning or evidence of smoking/vaping will incur additional charges (up to 110% of replacement/repair value). • External rental agreement may be required upon request. • Please respect the property as you would your own. Dispose of trash properly, leave the home tidy, and be considerate of future guests. • By booking, you agree to immediately contact the host if any issues arise so we can help resolve them during your stay. • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are not 100% sure about your travel plans. Our cancellation policy will be upheld. • After booking we will send an external link to gather more information.
