Grand Villa Puri Padi is a luxurious 700 m² private villa set on a 1,600 m² tropical estate in the heart of Canggu–Berawa. Designed for families, groups, and friends seeking comfort and privacy, the villa offers five beautifully styled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, high-quality linens, and refined details throughout. The master suite opens directly to the garden and features a deep soaking tub and filtered shower water. The villa’s open-air layout blends indoor and outdoor living, with a spacious lounge, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a cappuccino machine, and a shaded terrace overlooking the garden and pool. On the upper level, a panoramic dining balcony offers views of the pool, lush greenery, and, on clear days, Mount Agung. A fine of 200 USD per room will be given for cleaning *Pets are not allowed at Grand Villa Puri Padi. There are no exceptions. *No unregistered are allowed in the villa without prior notice. USD 150 per person will be charged for unregistered guests * Villa Puri Padi is a private villa, not a hotel. *One staff member resides on-site in a separate staff room. *Extra day guests are charged at 600.000 IDR with a maximum of 4 persons, including one pool towel. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for bookings via Airbnb/Booking. USD 750 for direct bookings. This will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage and electricity usage remains within the agreed limits. Please note that a fair use electricity policy applies, with a generous maximum of 140 kWh per day included. Any excess consumption will be charged at the actual electricity cost at 2000 IDR per KWH.
