A beautiful 4 bedroom Constantia home, perfect for a family holiday. Please note that during peak season (15 December - 10 Jan), there is a 14-night minimum stay at this villa. Warblers Way has been recently renovated to a very high standard with cool modern interiors that lead out onto a leafy green garden. The home has two master bedroom suites, and two further double bedrooms that share a bathroom. The one master suite is situated in a flatlet which is popular amongst older children, grandparents and so on. N.B There are two resident cats that live inside the property. The garden has a lovely lawn, a large heated swimming pool and luxurious fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. With all the sliding doors to the home open, there is a convenient indoor outdoor flow to make the most of sunny days outdoors. The terrace that leads immediately from the house has dining table, outdoor BBQ, and lounge seating. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac, with a nice feeling of security from neighbouring homes. There is also a security boom on entrance to the cul-de-sac. Warblers Way is perfect for a family or sharing couples looking to unwind in the leafy suburb on Constantia, close to the local wine farms and all that Cape Town has to offer.
