Additionally, enjoy fishing at the nearby lake access point, easily reached from the charming red stairs depicted in our listing photos. Please note, fishing equipment is not provided. This property is 50 feet away from the Lakeshore Retreat listing. Due to high-speed boating, our waterfront is not designated as a swimming area. Enhancing your experience is our newly added deck, perfect for unwinding amid nature's beauty. And rest assured, your restful retreat includes a queen-size bed for ultimate comfort. Daily rental pricing per item: 1 Single Kayak - $35 1 Double Kayak - $45 1 Paddle Board - $10 Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing these items. Also, we engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc. Please Note: We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. Please reach out with details about your pet before booking so we can ensure the perfect stay for everyone! The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest. Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day. Please note there are two cameras on the property. The cameras monitor the walkway and parking area. If you would like to enjoy the fire pit or grill during your stay please bring fire starters, wood, & charcoal.
