A table for 4 people is available for convivial dining. - A beautiful living room with refined charm, where subtle and modern decoration creates an elegant atmosphere with a sofa, fireplace, and seating. - A bedroom with a double bed and a desk. - A second bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a desk. - A bathroom is attached to the bedroom and consists of a bathtub, a shower, two sinks, and a toilet. - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. This accommodation is available for a MOBILITY LEASE ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who are required to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, apprenticeship, or internship. The 7th arrondissement of Paris is one of the most prestigious and iconic neighborhoods in the French capital. Located on the left bank of the Seine, it is home to numerous historical monuments, cultural institutions, and embassies.
