Recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment located in the desirable & convenient suburb of Clifton. This beautifully decorated apartment can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children. There are 2 double bedrooms and one luxury bunk room (4 beds), all with their own bathrooms. Bantry Bay, Sea Point and Camps Bay are all within walking distance. The centre of Cape Town, and Table Mountain are 10 minutes drive, and the V&A Waterfront is 15 minutes away. The apartment is set within a small block with its own private beach access . Construction is currently underway on the neighbouring property. Therefore, there may be occasional noise during working hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays until 2pm.
