The apartment offers: * **Bedrooms:** Three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. * **Living Room:** An inviting living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time. * **Balcony:** A balcony with sea views, where you can appreciate the spectacular sunset. * **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. * **Bathrooms:** Two complete bathrooms for your convenience. This apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing seaside stay, providing an unforgettable experience. Discover the vibrant neighborhood of Matosinhos with this beachfront apartment. Enjoy stunning views and explore the extensive waterfront promenade, perfect for relaxing walks to the mouth of the Douro River. Just steps away, find the best fresh fish restaurants, with seafood arriving directly from the dock. To explore other areas, the Matosinhos Sul metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and Porto city center is just a 20-minute drive. Also explore the nearby Parque da Cidade (City Park). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, an additional 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation. We offer a transfer service to bring you directly to the apartment! Just make a request! For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 230€. Any excess over this amount will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a member of our team to enter the property for **inspection** whenever requested, with the expectation of monthly visits for this purpose. Additionally, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
